About The Event

What could be better than a ninety minute one-to-one yoga introductory session? Relaxing, quiet one to one attention on line in your own home.   When possible you can also come to my home Yoga Studio to practice.

If you are new to yoga or want to deepen your practice with a class tailored to your needs try this one to one lesson, where we will target the areas you want to work on and includes adjustments to help prevent injury. Find out what the yin style of yoga can bring you and learn to adapt poses to suit your bone structure and needs. These classes will help you to develop your own practice.

Classes are £40 a session in person or £20 on line.
