Relax in your own home with a one hour one-to-one yoga introductory session providing individual attention to your needs.
If you are new to yoga or want to deepen your practice we recommend you start with one to one lessons, where we will target the areas you want to work on and explain the adjustments that suit you. Find out what the yin style of yoga can bring you and learn to adapt poses to suit your bone structure and needs. These classes will help you to develop your own practice or you can join regular group lessons once you feel ready.
