
Welcome
I have spent the last 15 years exploring different styles of Yoga including Ashtanga, Iyengar, Dynamic Flow and Kundalini Gong Meditations, but have found that Yin Yoga is my home and now offer a variety of yin based classes.
I have now added Pilates to my range of offerings for those who want to improve their wellbeing with better posture.

My classes
I offer a gentle but challenging approach to teaching both Yoga and Pilates, including deep stretches and postures that will encourage extension and creating space in the body in which to breathe. This helps us to reconnect with what is happening on the inside, work through any restrictions and difficulties we experience in our body and cultivate a deep sense of calm and connection.
This brings flexibility and freedom of movement.
