Yin Yoga Flow

on line & in person 

We all want to feel good in our bodies, mind and soul.

A regular Yin Yoga practice helps regain freedom of movement and the deep sense of relaxation and peace that comes with a slow meditative practice.

I also offer whole body approach Pilates to develop body awareness.

About my classes

Gentle but challenging, with deep stretches and postures through which students learn to release tight areas, rediscover flexibility and develop a deep sense of calm and freedom of movement.
