We all want to feel good in our bodies, mind and soul.
A regular Yin Yoga practice combined with Pilates helps regain freedom of movement and the deep sense of relaxation and peace that comes with a slow meditative practice. I offer whole body approach to develop body awareness.
About my classes and retreats
Gentle but challenging, with deep stretches and postures through which students learn to release tight areas, rediscover flexibility and develop a deep sense of calm and freedom of movement. Join me for online classes or at my Spring Retreat on 19-21 March 2027 in Surrey.
