About The Event
A class suitable for everyone whether you are new to yoga or experienced and want to try out yin. Yin is a slow mindful practice with relaxed poses held for up to 5 minutes. Yin works on the connective tissues and is a great way of balancing out more dynamic strength-based exercises. We will close the class with a long guided relaxation and visualisation - yoga nidra or yogic sleep to rebalance and restore.
This class is open to everyone, you don't need to be a member of the gym to attend.
Free parking is available in the supermarket opposite.
