About the event
Join me for an afternoon of yin yoga in the Carshalton Ecology Centre's cozy Garden Hall. Two hours to relax and stretch followed by a mindful walk in the secret gardens to enjoy the sounds of nature. We will have the delightful newly refurbished hall to ourselves. Yin yoga is suitable for everyone, at all levels, whether you want to gently stretch out tension or work deeper.
Bring your yoga mat, cushions and blankets.
Programme
Starting with some warming yin yoga flows, then go deeper with long slow yin yoga stretches. Finish up with a guided yoga nidra mediation - a yogic sleep to restore and relax.
After our yoga we can stay to explore the gardens or retire to the Ponds Cafe for a warm drink.
