About The Event
Pilates provides exercises to help improve the function of your body, adjust poor posture, address back ache and strengthen key target muscles. It will help you achieve a leaner body and better movement. These simple exercises which include a mix of stretches, mobility and strengthening, build week on week.
There will be a posture and health assessment for all students to ensure we work on areas that will address your specific needs.
Each class lasts for 45mins and a weekly practice is recommended.
