About The Event
A class suitable for everyone whether you are new to yoga or experienced and want to try out yin. Yin is a slow mindful practice with relaxed poses held for up to 5 minutes. Yin works on the connective tissues and is a great way of balancing out more dynamic strength-based exercises. We will close the class with a long guided relaxation and visualisation - yoga nidra or yogic sleep to rebalance and restore.
Beautiful studio overlooking a nature reserve - this class is open to everyone, you don't need to be a member of the gym to attend.
Free parking on site.
Note: Venue is near CuddingtonCroft Golf Course half way along Banstead Road. Postcode on Sat Nav does not take you direct to the Gym, watch out for the red DW Fitness Sign and turning.
