Pre-natal class suitable from week 12, can help to address problems such as morning sickness, back pain or pelvis issues. Gives an hour of relaxing stretches, breathing techniques and pelvic strengthening for pre-birth.
Post-natal class from six weeks after the birth. This class will give you a chance to relax and recuperate from exhaustion, as well as building pelvic floor strength and can even help release tension in the arm from breastfeeding.
All classes are tailored one-to-one to help address any specific issues you may be experiencing.
Happy to set up a small group lesson if you want to join with your friends (max 6 people)
