What could be better than an hours one-to-one yoga introductory session? Relaxing, quiet one to one attention on line or in your own home.   

If you are new to yoga or want to deepen your practice with a class tailored to your needs try this one to one lesson, where we will target the areas you want to work on and includes adjustments to help prevent injury. Find out what the yin style of yoga can bring you and learn to adapt poses to suit your bone structure and needs. These classes will help you to develop your own practice or you can join regular group lessons once you feel ready.
