Give yourself the gift of relaxation with a 2 hour Yin Class.
The programme includes gentle breathing exercises to de-stress, a carefully considered sequence of soft flows to loosen your joints, followed by long slow holds to allow your connective tissue to soften and relax. Postures are all seated or lying down, working mainly on the hips and shoulder joints - the areas where we tend to hold so much tension. In this class you will be able to let it all go! We will close with a guided Yoga Nidra - yogic sleep following the succesful i-rest principles where you go on a guided journey to find your heart's deepest sense of purpose.
Maximum of just three people.
Bring lose clothing, mat and blanket if you have them. Funky music, essential oils and sound meditation provided!
