About The Event
Yin yoga is a chance to slow down and reconnect . We start the class with a short grounding breathing exercise, then a series of long deep stretches, gentle flows. The sequence is different each week. A slower, meditative and de-stressing form of yoga. By building up a regular practice you will gain a sense of freedom of movement, opening of tight spaces and relaxation of body and mind.
Practice in the comfort of your own home on zoom at 8pm-9pm each Tuesday. Zoom link will be sent on booking.
All you need is a mat or blanket, perhaps a rolled up towel or cusion and some quiet space.
Come ready to relax and chill out with 60 mins of slow yin yoga.
Please only take part if you are healthy and have no underlying medical issues or other reason why you shouldn’t exercise. Email me for further guidance and a health check form.
